In bustling Soho, The Wingate was originally built in 1958 by renowned architects Sir John Burnet, Tait and Partners. At the time, it was hailed “an exemplar modernist office and leisure building”. It remains so today.

🎈Bonus feature

The reception features a unique + impactful Palladiana terrazzo – a historic Roman tradition. It uses large chunks of terracotta and marble set within a mix of chippings which includes distinctive blue semi-precious Lapis Lazuli. Pendulum testing was carried out on samples with varying degrees of the Lapis, to ensure highest levels of slip resistance.
